Although the virtual world is often used as a medium for expressing creativity, set designer Diavkha has taken an unconventional approach by using Second Life as a platform for creating comics in real life.
Initially, Diavkha took photographs and sometimes wrote short stories or descriptions of what the picture was about, but last year he decided to “create a deeper and expansive narrative” and deepen his writing skills with the comic Beyond Star. There are currently six episodes, but Diavkha wants to produce a total of nine for the first season.
