WARNING: Second Life Friend Request Error!
It appears for many people that friend requests (sent or received) do not stick unless both people are online when the request is sent and accepted.
This is causing confusion, and in some cases hurt feelings.
I mentioned this on social media because it happened to me a few times recently, and loads of people replied they were experiencing the same issue. Hopefully, Linden Lab will fix it soon.
